Sales Tax Disclaimer:  We charge 8% sales tax on all orders sent within New York State.  While we don’t collect sales tax on orders sent to other states, you may be responsible for paying sales tax on any order(s) shipped to your state.  If you are unsure about whether you are responsible for paying your state’s sales tax, check with your state’s Department of Revenue.

Cancellations

We pride ourselves on quick service. We ask that you call within 1 hour of placing an order if you need to cancel. After the first hour, we will make every effort to stop the order from being shipped, but there is no guarantee. In these cases, please see our return policy.

We pride ourselves on being efficient and offering quick service. In most cases, your order is already processed and shipped within 24 hours.

We ask that you allow 5-10 business days for delivery, but it’s usually less. We use the most effective, economical shipping available to keep costs affordable.  Most orders are shipped UPS ground, unless you specify otherwise.

Most orders will ship to you directly from the manufacturer. We will always try to give you the best estimate of time for delivery. Back Orders

Although it is rare, sometimes a manufacturer will have a pattern on back order or decide to discontinue an item. Please understand that when this occurs, it is out of our control, and we will do our best to notify you of any delays or discontinued items just as soon as we get the information from the manufacturer.
