Eade's Discount Wallpaper & Fabric Returns
You may return unopened wallpaper and border within 30 days of the purchase, but all orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus shipping costs (this is what the manufacturer charges). Please call our toll-free number 1-877-229-9427. Our customer service department will be happy to assist you with your return. In most cases, we can issue a call tag for an additional fee, and have the merchandise picked up at your home.
PLEASE NOTE: All companies charge a 30% restock fee plus freight charges. Custom orders are non-returnable, non-refundable and all sales are final on these custom orders.
We do advise that you make every effort to measure carefully before ordering. We dislike the return fees as much as you do! Some companies that ship to you direct from overseas are non-returnable (example: Osborne & Little, Zoffany, Cowtan & Tout, etc.) Inquire if you are not sure.
There are no returns on cut fabric. We do offer cutting for approvals for all fabrics before you place an order. In the event that the fabric is damaged during shipment or defective, we will replace at no additional charge. Please refer to our policy on Damaged and Defective Goods.
Sorry we cannot accept returns on:
Any item(s) that is returned more than 30 days after order.
Fabrics, since they are cut to your specifications.
Any item that is not in its original condition and package.
NOTE: Please do not send items back to us without calling our staff and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization, we can not accept them.
Damaged or Defective Goods
We only sell first quality wallpaper and fabrics but understand that a manufacturer problem sometimes happens and is uncontrollable. In the event your order is damaged during shipping or the product is defective, rest assured we here at Eade’s Wallpaper Inc. will replace the order. Please keep all packaging material, notify us immediately, and our staff will gladly assist you with the replacement process. Just call our toll free number, 1-877-229-9427 and our staff will direct you on how to return the product.
NOTE: We recommend that you inspect all wallpaper, border and fabric for defects before installation or cutting, for we are not responsible for any costs incurred with the installation of a defective product. Thank You.
Packing and Sending Your Returns
Once you have obtained your Return Authorization Number and/or a call tag information from our staff, pack the merchandise along with the original packaging securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in, or another box, if you prefer. Our customer service reps will give you complete return instructions when you call.
UPS will then come to your house to pick up the return, or you will be mailed a return shipping label to adhere to the box and be given return instructions on the back of the label.
